This split with Skinner is a pleasant release in general, but I didn't care much for the Skinner material. Somatics introduces us with a track entitled, "Dearc Fearna v.2." Here we are enticed with punchy and erratic beats that are swallowed by resonance drips and quivers, followed by the enduring eerie analog synth elements.

"Motion Sickness" layers on massive heart-attack break-beats and chaotic shifts that swiftly devour your mind with the wonderfully dark string elements. On side b, Skinner gives us a consistent driven attacking track titled "Computer Sync." The analog punching and crunching percussive elements drive on with "PCP-Revisited."

Yawn, not my thing with those two tracks. But overall, recommend for Somatics fans everywhere.
