Packaged with beautifully abysmal and dark brown monochromatic art by ReCyDeSign & Dr. G., this Spectre LP contains four exclusive promotional cardz and two mini fold-out posters. This obscure and noir release features eight dark ambient pieces for us to unfold our minds into. Much like the 40 Wings LP, this compilation provides only the best each artist has to offer.

Dagda Mor opens the corridors of side a of this LP with a dreading track titled "the voice of war." Next Stratvm Terror presents hazardously dense track titled "worms" with grinding static drones, merging beats, and severed spoken words. Soldnergeist conjures "the hidden powers of nature" with revolving bass drones, barren synthetic grates, and forewarning samples. Dr. Blood unravels threadlines of abysmal strings that flow out and into avalanches of thick static atmospheres and bleak subliminals on "opfer: till death do us apart." Not only does this track end the first side to this LP, but it also remains as one of the strongest on this release for its brilliant composition and menacing atmosphere it evokes.

On side B, Megaptera presents hollow and warm currents that are collided by chaotic broken shatters and thick feedbacks. Predominance heeds us with a dominant track titled "cathedral of light", which always seems to please with very masculine vocals that capture and bind the powerful melodies with sluggish drums of this awesome track. On "tat twam asi pt II", Inade gradually summons demons with transparent ghostly atmospheres, minimal mystical rhythms, and the chants of the old ones. Much like Ah cama-sotz, Tortura ends with another very strong track entitled "resistance is futile" using alluringly dark bass lines that are accompanied by distorted ritualistic beats and noir samples. Probably on of the best tracks I have heard from this mysterious artist! This LP is another essential release for any fan or newcomer of true dark ambience.
