Less attractive dark synth work is apparent on this release more than others, but the turbulent beat structures lead on. More attacking phases and squealing drips; somewhat persistent at times, but the bass lines, skipping frequencies, and convulsive beats overshadow this. One step backwards and two the left, "RP03" keeps much with the same pace yet with more subtle string elements. "Hybrid" evolves into a darker theme than the rest with an array of attacking relentless beats. Less atmospherics on this one, more percussives and focus on driving beats.
